We work to ensure all orders ship from our facility in Arizona within 2 business days (max)... normal shipping takes 3-5 business days depending on where in the U.S. you are located. 

A.D.F. is designed to eliminate gas (undigested protein)... Often when you first start taking Athlete Digestive Formula after years of not properly digesting foods, there can be undigested foods within the stomach and intestines. As that left over stuff is broken down you may experience some gas for 2-3 days until that is eliminated. 

A simple way to understand enzymes is like a bank account... your body will take excess enzymes from the foods you eat and store them for later use or additional needs. When taking in plant enzymes from A.D.F. it is the same. Rather than becoming dependent on them your body is actually replenishing its bank accounts with the enzymes. This means you actually grow less dependent on them... The reason we suggest continually taking them with cooked and processed meals is so that (like eating raw enzyme rich food) your body will be able to utilize the enzymes from A.D.F for digestion rather than taxing the bodies own enzymes. 

Our bodies are designed to use the plant enzymes from our food to help in the immediate digestion process so anytime you eat cooked or processed food we recommend supplementing A.D.F. to get those plant enzymes right before or after the meal. You can also take it between meals to break down unwanted junk from the blood.
